Book of Hours is a beautiful narrative crafting RPG video game that is set to release on August 17th, 2023.
Weather Factory recently released the latest trailer for Book of Hours, and gave us a date as to when to be ready to play. Why We’re Very Interested In Playing As A Librarian
If you are someone that loves to play video games for the story, or if you are into cozy gaming and have grown tired of grind games, we believe that Book of Hours might be the perfect choice.
The game is set in Hush House which was a fortress of knowledge for fifteen centuries, until the fire. You will play as the uniquely talented Librarian, restoring the library.
While restoring the library, you’ll organize books, customize your new home, and peel away centuries of history from the occult stones about you.
As you can see, you will not be playing as your typical local Librarian. You will still guide visitors who seek you for assistance, but you will be mastering the invisible arts throughout this game.
Exploring the Secret Histories and the pantheon of Hours that rule them, while studying the nine wisdoms and conquering the nine Elements of the Soul. All while acquiring, restoring, and cataloging occult books, scrolls, and curiosities.
Lastly, it is completely combat-free. I’m sold. Many times I just want to be engrossed in the story, but end up being interrupted by some throw-in combat. Just let me enjoy the story, please. Book of Hours is doing just that.
